Some regions have established special incentive funds to provide financial support for projects that have passed high-quality achievement appraisal. For example, a certain economic development zone rewards project teams with up to 1 million yuan for scientific and technological achievements that have obtained international leading level certification. In addition, enterprises and projects that have passed the results appraisal can also enjoy various policy preferences in terms of tax incentives and project declaration. A high-tech enterprise, relying on its innovative achievements that have been appraised, successfully obtained the priority project approval qualification when applying for the national key research and development plan project, which greatly enhances the enthusiasm of the enterprise to carry out scientific research innovation and achievement appraisal.

With the continuous transformation of policy orientation, achievement appraisal is gradually forming a new pattern of government regulation, market dominance, and multi-party participation, which effectively promotes the high-quality development and effective transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
