At the recent International Copyright Forum, China's achievements in copyright protection have been widely recognized by the international community.

The cooperation between China and the European Union in the field of copyright continues to deepen, and the two sides have signed a new memorandum of understanding on copyright cooperation. According to the memorandum, both parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in multiple fields such as copyright enforcement, copyright industry development, traditional knowledge and folk art protection. For example, in terms of copyright enforcement, both parties will establish an information sharing mechanism and strengthen the crackdown on cross-border infringement and piracy activities; In terms of the development of the copyright industry, we will promote exchanges and cooperation between copyright enterprises on both sides, and promote the growth of copyright trade. Under the framework of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, copyright cooperation between China and countries along the Belt and Road has achieved fruitful results. By organizing copyright training courses, seminars, and other activities, we aim to assist countries along the Belt and Road in enhancing their copyright protection capabilities and levels. At the same time, it has also promoted the dissemination of excellent copyrighted works in countries along the Belt and Road, and facilitated cultural exchanges and cooperation. For example, some excellent film and literary works from our country have been warmly welcomed in countries along the Belt and Road, and characteristic cultural products from these countries have also entered the Chinese market through copyright cooperation. In addition, China actively participates in relevant activities of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and plays an increasingly important role in the formulation of international copyright rules. At a series of WIPO conferences, China's proposals on digital copyright protection and copyright protection for developing countries have received widespread attention and recognition, contributing Chinese wisdom to the improvement of the global copyright protection system.
