In terms of copyright protection, assist enterprises in registering the copyright of 20 brand elements such as motor appearance labels, promotional brochures, and product manuals, apply for trademark registration for enterprise logos, and build a "copyright+trademark" brand protection system. In response to competitors' counterfeiting of brand logos, we assisted the company in carrying out rights protection actions, sent 12 lawyer letters, successfully stopped 8 cases of infringement, and maintained the brand image.
To enhance the efficiency of intellectual property utilization, we guide enterprises to include patent and copyright assets in commercial cooperation negotiations. In cooperation with vehicle manufacturers, we obtained a revenue of 8 million yuan through patent licensing and obtained priority supporting qualifications based on brand copyright advantages. After one year of project implementation, the coverage of enterprise patent portfolio increased from 35% to 90%, and the brand infringement complaint rate decreased by 90%.
