
A certain construction group has made breakthroughs in the research and development of "intelligent construction and integration technology for prefabricated buildings", but faces the problem of insufficient proof of technological industrialization achievements when applying for provincial scientific and technological achievement awards. This technology has achieved a 40% increase in construction efficiency and a 70% reduction in construction waste through innovations such as digital production of prefabricated components and the full process application of BIM technology. It has been applied in a 1 million square meter construction project, but the application materials for the award are scattered in terms of technical transformation data and unclear in terms of the combination of intellectual property and industry, resulting in an unsuccessful initial application.
After our intervention, we first conducted a patent map analysis of the technology system and extracted three core innovations: firstly, we developed an "intelligent production line for prefabricated components", which achieved a 50% increase in component production efficiency through robot welding and automatic pouring systems; The second is to develop a "BIM and IoT collaborative construction platform" to achieve seamless integration of design production construction data, reducing project rework rates by 60%; The third is to innovate the "prefabricated building sealing and waterproofing technology", solve the problem of traditional splicing leakage, and extend the waterproof life to 20 years. In response to these innovations, we have compiled 25 patents and 6 enterprise standards as supporting evidence, among which the patent for "a precise docking construction method for prefabricated components" has been identified as a key technological innovation.
In the construction of evidence for achievement transformation, guide enterprises to collect project application data, form a benefit analysis report covering the entire process of design, production, and construction, and quantitatively present the advantages of technology in terms of project duration, cost, environmental protection, etc. by comparing with traditional building models. At the same time, 20 supporting materials such as government procurement contracts and application reports of cooperative enterprises were compiled to strengthen the proof of industrialization scale.
The optimized application materials have successfully won the first prize in provincial-level scientific and technological achievement transformation. After winning the award, the technology was included in the provincial-level directory for promoting construction industrialization, and received 50 million yuan in government special support funds, with a promotion and application area of 5 million square meters throughout the province. The patent portfolio helps enterprises establish industrial alliances, drive the development of 15 supporting enterprises, form a cluster of construction industrialization industries, and promote industry technological upgrading.
