The "Urban Rural Education Resource Balanced Allocation and Sharing Platform" jointly developed by a certain normal university and a technology enterprise has achieved significant results in promoting educational equity. However, when applying for the National Teaching Achievement Award, it faces problems such as insufficient demonstration of the combination of technical solutions and educational practices, and insufficient support for cross regional application cases. The platform integrates over 5000 high-quality teaching resources and covers more than 300 schools in remote areas, narrowing the gap between urban and rural teaching. However, the correlation between technological innovation and educational achievements in the award materials is vague, and the platform's layout in intellectual property protection is not highlighted, resulting in a lower ranking in the initial evaluation stage.
After conducting in-depth research, our team assisted the project team in reorganizing the innovation framework and identifying three major technological breakthroughs: firstly, developing distributed resource scheduling algorithms to solve the problem of insufficient network bandwidth in remote areas, and improving course transmission efficiency by 60%; The second is to develop a teacher resource contribution incentive mechanism, using blockchain technology to realize resource ownership and profit distribution, and increasing the upload volume of high-quality courses by three times; The third is to build a dynamic resource recommendation system that accurately matches resources based on regional teaching needs, increasing resource utilization by 55%. In response to these innovative points, we have added 15 patents and 6 standard intellectual property proofs, among which the patent combination of "a blockchain based method for confirming and trading educational resources" serves as the core evidence of technological innovation.
In terms of presenting achievements, we guided the project team to reconstruct materials according to the logic of "technological innovation application mode education effectiveness", focusing on presenting application cases of the platform in three typical poverty-stricken counties. Through quantitative indicators such as student performance comparison and teacher professional growth data, we proved the role of achievements in promoting educational balance. At the same time, authoritative evidence such as recommendations from the Ministry of Education and application reports from local education departments will be compiled to strengthen the industry recognition of the achievements.
The optimized application materials successfully passed the re evaluation and ultimately won the second prize of national teaching achievements. This award not only enhances the industry influence of the platform, but also promotes its inclusion in the national education digitalization strategy action, receiving a special promotion fund of 12 million yuan and covering 500 new schools, becoming a benchmark project for balanced allocation of educational resources. The project leader stated, "The sorting of intellectual property rights highlights the highlights of technological innovation, and the presentation of case studies guided by a professional team fully recognizes the value of the results
