The "unveiling and leading" mechanism for innovative technology projects in Suining City aims to build a technology innovation system that deeply integrates industry, academia, and research. In 2020, Suining City and Sichuan University jointly implemented the "Leading the List" science and technology project of campus local strategic cooperation, soliciting technical needs from high-tech enterprises and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in the city, which were solved by the expert team of Sichuan University.

Sichuan Weiner Special Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. is facing the problem of easy oxidation of bonded copper wire during the drawing, storage, and welding processes. Under the organization of Suining Science and Technology Bureau, the team led by Professor Zhu Dachuan from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Sichuan University unveiled the list. The enterprise utilized its own complete production line to assist the research team in repeated experiments, ultimately solving the problem of uneven distribution of palladium plating on bonding wires, and developed a complete set of vacuum melting technology, breaking through international patent technology barriers.

Through "unveiling the list and leading the way", Suining City has released three batches of school local strategic cooperation technology projects, implemented 78 school local cooperation projects, supported local enterprises and institutions to carry out scientific and technological research, applied for 125 invention patents and 114 utility model patents, and added 2.2 billion yuan in output value. In March of this year, Suining National Agricultural Science and Technology Park also adopted the "unveiling and leading" system, attracting expert teams from Sichuan and Chongqing regions to tackle key issues in agricultural industry development, effectively promoting the technological upgrading of local industries.
